Townhouses are the middle ground between an apartment and a standalone villa: a private entrance and small garden with a shared wall, at a meaningful discount to a villa in the same compound. They cluster in the New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October compounds, and in the newer New Capital phases. Corner units carry a premium for the extra garden and light. For families who want their own front door and outdoor space without villa-scale service charges, this is usually the most efficient buy in the compound, and the resale pool is deeper than for the very largest units.

We currently list 19 townhouse units for sale. Recent asking prices mostly fall between EGP 13M and EGP 32M. The largest concentrations are in New Cairo, EL Sherouk, North Coast and Future City. Sizes run from 160 to 503 m².
