Developer History: The Ark Developments

Project Details – RAFTS New Zayed

RAFTS (also known as RAFTS of Ark) is a 300-acre premium "Resort-Lifestyle" compound in New Zayed. The name is inspired by the "floating" feeling of the architecture, which is integrated with a complex network of lagoons and water features.
