Project Details: Rock Yard (Sheraton Heliopolis)

Rock Yard is a boutique residential landmark that brings Classic English/London-style architecture to one of Cairo’s most established neighborhoods. Spanning approximately 5.5 feddans (23,000 $m^2$), the project is designed to feel like a slice of "Retro London" with high-end Victorian and Georgian architectural cues.

• Architecture: The compound consists of a limited number of residential buildings featuring royal-style grand entrances, ornate iron gates, and vintage lamp posts.
• Unit Diversity & Sizes: * Residential Apartments: 600 units in total.
• 2-Bedroom Units: Starting from 105 $m^2$ to 125 $m^2$.
• 3-Bedroom Units: Ranging from 136 $m^2$ to 182 $m^2$.
• Penthouses: Available with private rooftop gardens.
• Finishing: Units are offered both Semi-Finished and Fully Finished (Ultra Super Lux) with optional ACs.
• Current Status (2026): Construction is currently underway, with official handovers scheduled to begin in March 2028.
